Subscription Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@verysimple.systems with your request and reason.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@verysimple.systems with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Partial subscription months, usage fees, and any add-on services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
